Rental Fees (Deposit required)

• half day (up to 6 hours) = $250
• per day (10 hours) = $500

UNA Rental Fees (No deposit required)

• per day (12 hours) = $250

Hours available to reserve are 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. A 25% deposit is due to reserve the date(s) and the remaining balance is due seven days at the conclusion of the event. There will be a $50 per day late fee added to any unpaid balances.

The facility rental rate includes the use of the facility and access to the kitchen. Any additional time needed beyond ten (10) hours for whole day reservations will be subject to an overtime fee (see below). Alcohol is not permitted at non-UNA events. Additional fees:

-Tech Support = $15.00 per hour, per technician (6 hour minimum)
-Overtime fee = $75.00 per hour
